IT IS ORDERED that with regard to any of the five families whose subject child has a particular and established disability or medical condition that will impose a hardship, the deposition of the parents of such a child may be taken either remotely or, at Defendants option, in the familys state of residence within one hundred miles of such residence, if Defendant wishes to depose those parents in person. With regard to the parent(s) of any child not found to have a particular and established disability or medical condition that will cause a hardship, and who cannot otherwise demonstrate an undue hardship, those parent(s) shall be deposed in Arizona. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that any Rule 35 examination of the five minorchildren shall occur in person at a suitable professional or clinical location at or reasonablynear the childs residence and shall be subject to the professional protocols presentedby Defendant at ECF Nos. 68-1, 68-2, and 68-3, except as provided for or limited herein. IT IS ORDERED that Plaintiffs shall provide to Defendant, no later thanSeptember 14, 2026, the following information regarding their child, if not previouslydisclosed: See document for details. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Defendant shall provide a disclosure packageto the parents of each child, at least fourteen calendar days before the examination dateproposed by Defendant.
