ORDER deferring decision on 14 MOTION TO APPEAR Pro Hac Vice. A motion to appear pro hac vice "must be accompanied by a certificate of the court for each of the states in which the applicant is a member of the bar, which has been issued within thirty (30) days of filing and states that the applicant is a member in good standing of the bar of that state court[.]" Local Civ. R. 1.3(k). In this application, the declaration notes "[a]s shown in the Certificates of Good Standing annexed hereto, I am a member in good standing of the bar of the State of Ohio and the State of California." Accordingly, by 09/22/2026, counsel shall review the applicable Local Civil Rule and shall supplement his application with an updated affidavit and new certificates of good standing for the State of Ohio and the State of California. Failure to comply with this Order by the stated deadline will result in a full denial of the Motion for Leave to Appear Pro Hac Vice. So Ordered by Magistrate Judge Marcia M. Henry on 09/08/2026.
