Order on Expedited Motion
PAPERLESS ORDER Denying Plaintiff's 650 Expedited Motion for Order to Show Cause as to Why Defendants Should Not Be Held in Contempt of Court For Failing to Comply with Court's Order Compelling Production of Fee Discovery As Moot. Defendant Hane has responded to the Motion and represented that he has provided all relevant materials in his possession, (ECF No. 651), to which Plaintiffs replied that the outstanding discovery "is material to Plaintiff's Motion for Attorneys' fees," (ECF No. 657 at 2). Because Plaintiff's Motion for Attorneys' Fees has already been resolved, see (ECF Nos. 668, 674), Plaintiff's 650 Motion is DENIED as moot. Signed by Magistrate Judge Lauren Fleischer Louis on 3/6/2026. (sag)
