STIPULATION OF DISCONTINUANCE: THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED that in consideration for payment of the final valuation of the $300,000.00 proof of claim amount at an unknown date in the future; IT IS FURTHER STIPULATED AND AGREED that Releasor hereby discontinues the above referenced lawsuit, with prejudice, and without costs to any party; IT IS FURTHER STIPULATED AND AGREED that the terms of this agreement are confidential and may not be published, in any manner, whether oral, written or electronically (including social media or law firm advertising of any kind), and that violation of the confidentiality provision of this agreement will result in monetary penalties equal to the amount of the agreement; IT IS FURTHER STIPULATED AND AGREED that the parties have reviewed the terms of this agreement with counsel and are agreeing to enter into the terms of this agreement and general release of their own free will, without any coercion and with a full and complete understanding of the terms set forth herein.
