Coggins: On 8/3/2026, Plaintiff and Defendant Oportun, Inc., filed a 26 Stipulation to stay proceedings in this case only as to Plaintiff's claims against Defendant Oportun, Inc., because those claims have been referred to arbitration pursuant to those parties' arbitration agreement. Having considered that Stipulation and good cause appearing, the court GRANTS the 26 Stipulated request for a stay. This case is hereby STAYED only as to Plaintiff's claims brought against Defendant Oportun, Inc., until further order of the court. Plaintiff and Defendant Oportun, Inc., shall file a Joint Status Report within 90 days from the date of this Order, and every 90 days thereafter, regarding the status of their arbitration. Plaintiff and Defendant Oportun, Inc., shall also file a Joint Status Report to notify the court that arbitration proceedings have concluded within fourteen (14) days of the issuance of the arbitrator's decision.
