TEXT ORDER: In regards to Letter 138 , the parties are advised as follows: (1) Orders 129 , 131 , and 135 remain in effect; (2) the Hearing remains scheduled for 8/31/2026 at 11:00 a.m., In Person, in Binghamton, New York and the Hearing will proceed accordingly; and (3) After the 8/31/2026 Hearing is completed, the Court will re-set the discovery deadline and dispositive motions filing deadline, and will discuss with the parties any possible future mediation conference, if the parties jointly propose such.
