EO: The Court reviewed the 52 Joint Status Report, which notes that the United States Supreme Court issued an opinion in the Monsanto Company v. Durnell case, Docket No. 24-1068.
The parties are DIRECTED to meet and confer, then file a joint status report no later than 7/14/2026. In the joint status report, the parties shall state whether the stay of this case should be lifted and the case reopened. The report shall also state how the parties intend to proceed in this case. If a trial date should be set, the report shall include two agreed-upon proposed trial dates.
