For the reasons articulate above: (1) Plaintiffs motion for reconsideration, (Docs. 114, 115, 116, 118), is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part, without leave to amend any of his claims; (2) Plaintiff's motion for sanctions, (Docs. 148, 149), is DENIED; (3) the Bank Defendants' cross motion for sanctions regarding a filing injunction, (Doc. 168), is DENIED; (4) Plaintiff's motion for an extension of time to file a notice of appeal, (Doc. 120), is DENIED; and all other motions in this case, including Plaintiff's letter motion for early discovery, (Doc. 165), Plaintiff's motion for judicial notice, (Doc. 177), Plaintiff's motion for leave to renew his application for injunctive relief, (Docs. 162, 163), and Plaintiff's motion for leave to submit supplemental authority in support of his renewed injunction motion, (Doc. 185), are DENIED as moot. This is a final order.The Clerk of Court is respectfully directed to terminate all pending motions, including those at Documents 116, 120, 148, 149, 150, 165, 168, 177, 182, and 185, and terminate this case. The Clerk of Court is also respectfully directed to mail a copy of this Opinion & Order to Plaintiff. I certify under 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3) that any appeal from this order would not be taken in good faith, and therefore in forma pauperis status is denied for the purpose of an appeal. See Coppedge v.
