ORDER: For the reasons in the accompanying Order, Lewis University, David Livingston, Christian Sindt, and Norah Collins Pienta's (collectively, the Lewis Defendants) motion to dismiss 68 is granted in part and denied in part. It is granted as to all claims except for the failure to accommodate claim and retaliation claim under the Rehabilitation Act against Lewis University. The Lewis Defendants' request for sanctions under Rule 11 is denied without prejudice. Defendants David Li vingston, Christian Sindt, and Norah Collins Pienta are terminated as parties to this action.
