   MINUTE entry before the Honorable Sharon Johnson Coleman: Minute entry 978 is corrected as follows: Oral argument held on Defendants' motion for reconsideration on 07/16/26. Having taken Defendants' motion under advisement, the Court now denies Defendants' motion 975. It is the Court's responsibility to ensure Defendants' compliance with the Consent Decree. After hearing arguments from all parties, the Court further determines the Court Monitor's request is reasonable and in furtherance of the Court's responsibilities. The requested data is necessary to evaluate the State's unilateral determinations that individuals are no longer class members, a determination affecting those individuals' placement rights and entitlement to protections provided under the Decree. Defendants affirmatively stated, on the record, that they have completed an analysis of 286 individuals' records to make their determinations. If that is the case, then Defendants must "show their work" by providing documentation of the sources on which they relied to remove individuals from the class. Based on the hardships explained by Defendants, however, the Court will provide Defendants with the limited relief of continuing the deadline to produce this data until 8/21/2026. Mailed notice.
