The motion to modify the scheduling order is GRANTED, and the new deadlines are as follows:- Depositions of BOP expert witnesses shall be completed by September 16, 2026.- Designation of non-BOP expert witnesses due by October 28, 2026.- Depositions of non-BOP expert witnesses shall be completed by December 7, 2026.- Depositions of fact witnesses shall be completed by December 7, 2026.- All discovery shall close by December 7, 2026.- If, after the close of discovery, the parties wish to meet with a Magistrate Judge to discuss settlement, the parties may jointly file such a request by December 14, 2026.- Dispositive motions due by January 11, 2027.- Joint trial memorandum is due by February 1, 2027, if no dispositive motions are filed, or thirty (30) days after the Court rules on any dispositive motions.- Trial ready date will be thirty (30) days after the joint trial memorandum is filed.
