ORDER: At the request of the parties, the Court stayed this matter pending the finalization of settlement documents and funds. That stay has now lapsed. Given that the parties are engaged in good faith settlement negotiations, the Court sua sponte extends the stay until July 10, 2026. The parties shall file either a stipulation of dismissal or a joint status report apprising the Court of next steps on or before that date.
