Minute Order Vacating Early Neutral Evaluation and Case Management Conference ("ENE/CMC") and Setting Settlement Disposition Conference ("SDC"). The parties filed a Joint Notice of Settlement. ECF No. 5 . Therein, they represent that the parties reached a settlement in principle and anticipate fulfilling the terms of the agreement within 120 days. Id. Therefore, the Court hereby VACATES the ENE/CMC set for August 12, 2026 and all related deadlines, and SETS an SDC by video conference for September 11, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. Only counsel are required to appear. The Court will provide video conference information prior to the SDC. If the parties have not settled as to attorney's fees: (i) by no later than August 21, 2026, Plaintiff SHALL make a written demand to Defendant for the recovery of fees and costs, attaching the itemized billing records that support the demand; (ii) by no later than August 28, 2026, the parties SHALL meet and confer regarding Plaintiff's demand; and (iii) by no later than September 4, 2026, the parties SHALL advise the Court by joint email to chambers (efile_torres@casd.uscourts.gov) that either they have resolved their dispute as to attorney's fees or lodge with the Court Plaintiff's counsel's itemized billing records.The parties SHALL NOT file any attorney's fee motion prior to the SDC.
