Doc. 57] is GRANTED IN PART. Davey Resource Group, Inc. shall designate and prepare one or more Rule 30(b)(6) witnesses and complete the corporate deposition remotely, unless otherwise agreed, no later than September 25, 2026. The discovery deadline is extended solely for that purpose, and Plaintiff's deadline to respond to the pending summary-judgment motions is extended to October 19, 2026.
