THE FOLLOWING RULINGS WERE MADE:Following discussion with counsel during the Pre-Motion Conference, the Court entered the following briefing schedule for Plaintiff's anticipated Motion to Amend:(i) Plaintiff's motion, together with a redline of the proposed Second Amended Complaint, is to be filed and served on or before August 20, 2026.(ii) Defendant's opposition is to be filed and served on or before September 11, 2026.(iii) Plaintiff's reply is to be filed and served on or before September 25, 2026.All motion papers are to be filed as letter briefs and no more than fifteen (15) pages.If necessary, the Court will set a date for Oral Argument.
The final date by which the parties shall take the first step in summary judgment motion practice, currently set for August 21, 2026, is hereby held in abeyance pending the decision on the Plaintiff's motion.
