Order Adopting Report and Recommendations Order on Motion for Default Judgment Order on Report and Recommendations
ORDER: On August 24, 2026, Magistrate Judge Marcia M. Henry issued a report and recommendation 53 (the "R&R"), which recommends that Plaintiffs' motion 52 for default judgment be denied without prejudice and with leave to renew. The R&R also recommends that Plaintiffs' employment discrimination claims should be deemed abandoned and dismissed. No objections to the R&R have been filed. The Court has reviewed the R&R for clear error and, finding none, hereby ADOPTS the R&R in its entirety as the opinion of this Court. Accordingly, Plaintiffs' motion 52 for default judgment is DENIED with leave to renew and Plaintiffs' employment discrimination claims are DISMISSED as abandoned.
