MINUTE ENTRY. This matter comes before the Court pursuant to the conference held on June 25, 2026, regarding Plaintiff's Notice of Intent to File a Motion for Summary Judgment. It is ORDERED as follows: Parties shall attend mediation with a Magistrate Judge Starnella or private mediator of their choice within 90 days of the date of this order. Parties shall notify the Court as to the outcome within 5 days of the date of the settlement conference by filing a joint status report. If settlement is not reached, Plaintiff may file their Motion for Summary Judgment 20 days after filing of the status report. Defendant's response shall be filed 20 days thereafter.
