ORDER granting 76 Letter Motion for Extension of Time. APPLICATION GRANTED. Plaintiff must serve and file his opposition to the Daubert motion by no later than September 4, 2026, and the Government's time to serve and file its reply papers is accordingly extended to September 11, 2026. The parties should note that the Court is not going to rule on the Daubert motion prior to the September 14, 2026 deadline for the parties' other pretrial submissions, and the September 14, 2026 deadline for those submissions is not going to be extended. Finally, the Court's Trial Order (ECF No. 69) directed Plaintiff to file a letter by August 10, 2026 informing the Court whether his new ankle injury will be included as an issue in this case; no such letter has been filed.
