Order on Motion for Extension of Time to Complete Discovery
ORDER granting DE 51 Motion for Extension of Time to Complete Discovery. The Court has reviewed Defendants' request for a 35-day extension of upcoming deadline (DE 51 ) and Plaintiff's opposition (DE 52 ). Consistent with the Court's broad discretion to manage pretrial discovery, Defendants' requested extension is GRANTED as follows: (1) the deadline for exchange of expert reports is 9/4/2026; (2) the deadline for completion of expert discovery is 10/15/2026; (3) the deadline for the submission of joint certification of completion of all discovery is 10/19/2026; (4) the final date to take the first step in dispositive motion practice is 10/23/2026. There shall be no further extensions granted absent a detailed showing of good cause supported by a sworn attorney declaration. The parties remain obligated to submit a joint status report on 8/14/2026. See 6/30/2026 Order.
