ORDER.
IT IS ORDERED that Anthony Mitchell's 56 , 57 motions for a temporary restraining order and preliminary injunction are DENIED, and his 92 motion to supplement those filings with additional evidence is DENIED as moot.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Mitchell's 66 motion for leave to file the proposed second amended complaint at ECF No. 66 -2 is DENIED. Mitchell must file a renewed second amended complaint that complies with Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 8 and that does not exceed 50 pages by July 22, 2026. Michell's failure to comply with this order may result in the dismissal of his case.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Thrifty Consulting LLC's 67 motion to dismiss is DENIED without prejudice to its ability to refile a dismissal motion in response to Mitchell's forthcoming amended complaint, and Mitchell's 78 motion to defer consideration of that motion is DENIED as moot.
