ORDER - it is hereby ORDERED that the joint motion (Doc. 80) to dismiss is GRANTED. All of CITI's and Triyam's mutual claims and counterclaims asserted in this action are DISMISSED with prejudice. Each party shall bear its own costs. The motion (Doc. 81) for leave to file an amended complaint is GRANTED. CITI shall have leave to file its proposed amended complaint once the court adjudicates what parts of the latest amended complaint may remain redacted. Nothing in this order shall be construed as affecting all parties' obligations pursuant to the stipulated injunction (Doc. 77) entered by the court. Briefing on the motion (Doc. 79) for dissolution of the stipulated preliminary injunction with respect to Triyam and the motion (Doc. 82) for leave to file certain documents under seal shall continue pursuant to the Middle Districts Local Rules.
