ORDER GRANTING LUCOSKY BROOKMAN LLP AND YK LAW LLP'S MOTION TO WITHDRAW AS COUNSEL FOR PLAINTIFF ALPHA P LOTTER, LLC 32 by Judge Serena R. Murillo. For the reasons set forth above, the Court GRANTS Counsel Lucosky Brookman, LLP and YK Law LLPs Motion to Withdraw as Attorneys. Dkt. 32. Counsel must serve Plaintiff Alpha Plotter with a copy of this order. Counsel is ORDERED to file a declaration stating its compliance and a copy of the proof of service on or before August 14, 2026. Because Plaintiff Alpha Plotter, LLC is a business organization, it cannot appear pro se. See C.D. Cal. R. 83-2.2.2. Plaintiff Alpha Plotter, LLC is ORDERED to retain counsel on or before September 4, 2026. Failure to do so will result in this action being dismissed. (lom)
