ORDER Requiring Rule 7.1 Disclosures or Amended Disclosures. The Court previously ordered all parties to file Rule 7.1 Disclosure Statements. See ECF No. 10. Defendant DHG Transportation, LLC has filed a 26 Rule 7.1 disclosure statement, but it does not identify the LLC Defendant's citizenship, which is determined by the LLC's member(s). Defendant DHG Transportation must file a compliant amended Rule 7.1 disclosure on or before July 6, 2026. Additionally, the Court previously ordered pro se Defendant Calex E. Gonzalez Ramos to file a Rule 7.1 disclosure on or before June 1, 2026. To date, he has not done so. Accordingly, the Court sua sponte extends this deadline up to and including July 10, 2026, and reminds Defendant Gonzalez Ramos that compliance with court orders is mandatory. The Court directs Defendants to ADA Carbon Sols. (Red River), LLC v. Atlas Carbon, LLC, 146 F.4th 1296, 1303-04 (10th Cir. 2025), which provides comprehensive guidance regarding how citizenship is determined, including the citizenship of an LLC.
