ORDER RE: DISTRIBUTION OF FUNDS AND CLOSURE OF CASE 63 by Judge Fernando M. Olguin. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that: Judgment on the interpleader claims is entered in favor of Defendant Dina Yacobi, in her individual capacity, and against Defendant Daniel Yacobi and Defendant Dina Yacobi, in her capacity as Successor Trustee of the Solomon Yacobi and Violet Yacobi Revocable Trust, erroneously sued as the Solomon Yacobi and Violet Yacobi Revocable Trust. The Clerk of Court is authorized and directed to disburse from the funds on deposit in the registry of this Court in this action the principal sum of $631,298.63, together with all accrued interest thereon, less any applicable Court Registry Investment System fees, payable to Dina Yacobi, care of the Cypress LLP Client Trust Account. Upon receipt of all of the foregoing documents, the Clerk is authorized and directed to disburse the funds identified herein to Dina Yacobi, care of Cypress LLP, by wire transfer. This action is dismissed with prejudice. All parties shall bear their own fees and costs. SEE ORDER FOR DETAILS. (chk)
