PROCEEDINGS: [IN CHAMBERS] MINUTES OF AND ORDER RE: INFORMAL DISCOVERY CONFERENCE (Dkt. No. 205 ) by Magistrate Judge Pedro V. Castillo: The Court held a continued informal discovery conference by Zoom on August 7, 2026. (Dkt. No. 205 ). At the conference, three issues were addressed: (1) whether Defendants must produce to Plaintiff medical records, and in what form; (2) whether Defendants must produce complete patient medical records (in de-anonymous form) for the remaining patients, and (3) whether the January 2022 settlement agreement in a different case affects the relevant discovery period in this case.
