ELECTRONIC ORDER: Under Local Rule 7.1, a party who has filed an opposed motion may file a reply brief within 14 days from the date the Response is filed. Plaintiffs filed their Response to Defendants' Motion to Exclude Expert Testimony on August 13, 2026 (Doc. 48). On September 29, 2026, Defendants filed their reply (Doc. 49), 47 days after the Response was filed. Defendants did not seek leave from the Court prior to filing their untimely Reply.
