ORDER denying 242 Letter Motion for Conference re: 242 LETTER MOTION for Conference re: Defendants' Non-Party Subpoenas addressed to Magistrate Judge Sarah L. Cave from Debra S. Katz dated April 17, 2024. The Defendants shall modify the Subpoenas to seek documents only from September 1, 2018 to the present. Accordingly, Ms. Bennetts Request is DENIED, and Defendants are permitted to serve the Subpoenas, as modified to seek documents and information from September 1, 2018 to thepresent. ORDER: The Motion for Leave to File 64 is granted, on consent. The parties' proposed briefing schedule is adopted in full as follows. The Office of the Attorney General's ("OAG") shall file a motion to quash ("MTQ") the narrowed subpoena served 4/23/2024 (the "New Subpoena") by 6/7/2024. Cuomo shall file a response and cross-motion to compel ("MTC") by 7/12/2024. The OAG shall file a response to the MTC and a reply to the MTQ by 7/26/2024. Cuomo shall file a reply to the MTC by 8/9/2024. Additionally, on consent of the parties, the Court deems the OAG's statements on the record at the April 19, 2024 Status Conference "to constitute OAG's response to the New Subpoena for purposes of satisfying OAG's obligations pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 46(e) and (g), without the need for a formal response, and preserving all of OAG's rights to oppose the New Subpoena." Lastly, the Court adopts the parties' proposed expanded page limitations. Ordered by Magistrate Judge Taryn A. Merkl on 5/3/2024. (ES)
