TEXT ORDER: The Court is in receipt of the MCPO Defendants' letter dated 9/10/26 (Dkt. 131 ) requesting a 30-day extension to meet and confer regarding, and respond to, plaintiffs' Requests for Admission ("RFAs"), and plaintiffs' letter dated 9/11/26 (Dkt. 132 ) opposing that request. The MCPO Defendants' request is granted in part; the deadline for the MCPO Defendants to provide appropriate responses and objections to plaintiffs' RFAs is extended to 9/28/26. No further extensions to this deadline will be granted; the MCPO Defendants failure to comply with the deadline may result in the waiver of their right to object to the RFAs, each request being deemed admitted, and/or sanctions. Additionally, the Court adjourns the deadlines to raise any discovery disputes and to file any motions to amend at this time; the Court will reset those deadlines, if appropriate, at the telephone status conference scheduled for 10/14/26, see (Dkt. 129 ) at 2.
