TEXT ORDER: The Court is in receipt of the parties' discovery dispute letter dated 8/12/26. (Dkt. 125 .) The Court will address the disputes raised in that letter during the upcoming telephone status conference scheduled for 8/26/26. In the meantime, the operative scheduling order (Dkt. 124 ) will remain in effect; the Monmouth defendants shall comply with the 8/21/26 deadline to respond to plaintiffs' discovery requests, subject to additional supplementation at a later date, if needed. Additionally, plaintiffs shall respond to the Monmouth defendants' 7/21/26 discovery requests no later than 8/28/26. So Ordered by Magistrate Judge J. Brendan Day on 8/13/2026. (cry)
