Defendants shall file the full administrative record on or before July 15, 2026. Any objections due by July 29, 2026. Plaintiffs' brief due September 9, 2026. Defendants' response (and dispositive motion, if any) due October 21, 2026. Plaintiffs' reply brief (and response to Defendants' dispositive motion, if any) due November 12, 2026. Attorney Kyle Oehmke appears on behalf of Defendants. The parties provide their thoughts on a proposed scheduling order in this matter. The parties also anticipate the need for a protective order and are directed to meet and confer and file a joint motion along with a proposed protective order.
