PAPERLESS ORDER REGARDING NONCOMPLIANCE WITH DEADLINE. On September 23, 2026, pursuant to an ineffective Notice of Voluntary Dismissal (DE 13 ), I entered an Order requiring the Parties to file a Joint Stipulation of Dismissal by September 28, 2026. (DE 14 ). To date, the Parties have failed to comply with this deadline and have not sought an extension. Litigants' failure to comply with an order is a matter that the court takes seriously. In the interest of efficiency, I will sua sponte extend this deadline to October 7, 2026. The Parties must timely file their Joint Stipulation of Dismissal by this date, or they will be required to show cause.
