   ORDER. Before the Court is the parties' Joint Status Report and Request for Extension of Time. (Docket No. 231 ). For the reasons that follow, the request is DENIED. The current deadline to file dispositive motions is November 6, 2026. The Court set this deadline after the parties requested -and the Court granted- a total of twelve (12) extensions of time. (Docket Nos. 161, 172, 174, 190, 193, 197, 204, 208, 213, 216, 221, 230). The original deadline to file dispositive motions was July 12, 2024. (Docket Nos. 152, 153). When the Court granted the most recent extension at Docket No. 230, it cautioned that, "[b]ased on the length of this civil action initiated on November 2020, the nature of the causes of action, and the multiple extensions of time that have already been granted, the Court does not anticipate granting any further extensions of time absent a proper, sufficient showing of good cause." Notwithstanding this admonition, the parties now seek a thirteenth extension, citing "unavoidable scheduling conflicts." (Docket No. 231). The Court is unpersuaded. This case has been litigated for six years. The nature of the causes of action merits prompt resolution, and further delay risks the loss of valuable evidence, increases litigation costs, and taxes judicial resources unnecessarily. The Court has already extended twelve accommodations to both parties and expressly forewarned them that no further extensions would be granted absent good cause. A generalized, garden-variety assertion of scheduling conflicts does not satisfy that standard. Accordingly, the request for an extension of time is DENIED.
