ORDER taking under advisement 264 Motion for Turnover and Restraining Order, 266 Claim for Determination of Disputed Property.On or before July 13, 2026, counsel shall file a Joint Notice setting forth the following:(1) Whether any of the forms of relief sought by Caballero are obviated by Interactive Brokers' confirmation that all funds in the subject account are frozen for withdrawals, ECF No. 266, at 3. (2) Whether the parties can agree on the form of an order to show cause that the court can issue ahead of any hearing to resolve competing interests in the subject account. See Conn. Gen. Stat. § 52-356b(b). If the parties can agree on an order to show cause, they shall file the proposed order as an attachment to the status report. If the parties cannot reach an agreement, Caballero shall file his proposed order and any other party may respond within the Joint Notice and set forth any objection to the content of the proposed order to show cause.(3) How the parties propose to serve notice on Sarria, as well as whether there have been any efforts to identify attorneys who may seek to represent Sarria's interests before this court.(4) The proposed structure, scope, and timing of a hearing to resolve the competing interests in the subject account.After receiving the Joint Notice, the Court expects to convene a status conference with the parties.
