   FINAL APPROVAL ORDER (See Order for complete details.) IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT: 1. The definitions in the Settlements and all terms defined therein are hereby adopted and incorporated into this Final Approval Order. 2. The Court previously granted class-action certification pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 23 of a class (Doc. #187). The class is defined as: All persons and entities that provided or paid for common-benefit services, materials, and/or related expense items (except Defendants). 3. The Court reconfirms its prior ruling adopting the class definitions set forth in its Order granting preliminary approval. The Settlement Class Members consist of all members of the Class who did not timely and validly request exclusion. No Class Member has sought exclusion. See Notice to Court that No Class Member Seeks Exclusion (Doc. #497). 4. The Court hereby approves the Settlements upon the terms, conditions, and all release language set forth in the Settlement Agreements attached to Plaintiffs Motion for Preliminary Approval (Doc. ## 494-2 & 494-3). The Court finds that the Settlement Agreements terms are fair, adequate, and reasonable as to all Class Members when balanced against the probable outcome of further litigation, given the risks relating to liability and the relief sought and for the other reasons I stated on the record at the Final Fairness Hearing.
