ORDER: The joint motion for entry of consent decree 115 is granted. The attached document constitutes the final judgment of this Court, as provided in Section IV of the consent decree. The Court retains jurisdiction with respect to enforcement of the consent decree and associated settlement agreement, pursuant to the respective provisions contained therein. The Clerk of Court is directed to close this case. Should any party wish to seek enforcement of either agreement, they should move to reopen this matter rather than filing a new case.
