ORDER granting 84 Motion to Stay: The parties jointly represent: (1) they have "executed a settlement to resolve the claims asserted in this litigation"; (2) the settlement is subject to the submission and approval of certain permits and variances regarding the subject real property; (3) the approval of said permits and variances obligates the parties to file "a proposed consent decree" which, "if approved, will constitute final judgment in this case." (Motion to Stay, ECF No. 84 .) Thus, they "request that the Court stay all further proceedings and deadlines in this case for six months or through the parties' joint application for a consent decree, whichever is sooner." (Id.) The Motion to Stay is GRANTED. Further, if the proposed consent decree is not filed by June 14, 2024, the parties are to file a joint status report informing the Court of the procedural posture of the settlement.
