Order on Motion In Compliance
ORDER noting and granting 320 ] Motion in Compliance with Court Order at Docket No. 319. The Court will grant Parties an additional ten (10) days to seek final approval of the settlement with all remaining Third-Party Defendants, and conclude settlement matters, including the filing of the corresponding filings. PRIDCO is ordered to make all arrangements possible for its Board of Directors to promptly address this matter within the time granted by the Court, since this case has been pending for over eight (8) years. The Court desires to allow the Parties to resolve all outstanding issues through a mutually beneficial agreement, yet if this is not possible the Court must move forward with its proceedings. If Parties are unable to conclude their settlement efforts in the next ten (10) days, the Court will set a status conference. On or before, May 20, 2024, Parties shall file a joint motion informing the Court as to the status of the anticipated settlement. Signed by Judge Gina R. Mendez-Miro on 5/9/2024. (GMN)
