Order Scheduling Settlement Disposition Conference ~Util - Terminate Deadlines and Hearings
MINUTE ORDER: On August 3, 2026, the Court held a Mandatory Settlement Conference followed by the delivery of a mediator's proposal that was accepted by all parties. The parties are now in the process of finalizing their settlement. Having conferred with counsel and for good cause shown, the Court SETS a counsel-only Settlement Disposition Conference (SDC) for October 16, 2026 at 1:30 PM before Magistrate Judge Michelle M. Pettit. The parties shall appear via Zoom, which is accessible as follows: Meeting ID: 165 913 3163; Passcode: 595893.
As the parties propose this action be settled, the Court will provide the United States with notice and an opportunity to be heard before ruling or granting its approval. ECF No. 19, para. 7. To that end, no later than October 9, 2026, the parties shall file a proposed notice with the Court. On the same day, the parties shall lodge a copy of the proposed notice in word format with District Judge Robinson's efile. IT IS SO ORDERED by the Honorable Michelle M. Pettit on August 11, 2026.
