ORDER This matter is before the Court on the 22 Joint Status Report. The Joint Status Report indicates that the terms of settlement are not anticipated to be fulfilled for approximately 18 months and requests that this case be dismissed. It is therefore ORDERED that this case is dismissed without prejudice. With respect to the parties' prior request at Dkt. 20 , that this Court retain jurisdiction over this matter, absent extraordinary circumstance, the Court does not retain jurisdiction over settlement agreements. To the extent necessary, the parties may choose to file a new action regarding any breach of contract or other claim they deem appropriate.
