ORDER dismissing 107 Motion for Alternate Service - The Court DISMISSES with prejudice Beverly Lavigne's motion for alternate service (ECF No. 107). On August 6, 2018 and August 15, 2018, the Court entered a judgment and amended judgment against Beverly Lavigne and in favor of the U.S. Trustee. J. (ECF No. 75); Am. J. (ECF No. 76). On April 17, 2019, the Court of Appeals for the First Circuit affirmed the bankruptcy court's dismissal of Mr. Lavignes appeal, J. (ECF No. 96), and on June 28, 2019, it issued its mandate. Mandate (ECF No. 97). There is no active case pending in this case under this docket number and therefore, the Court dismisses with prejudice Ms. Lavigne's motion for alternate service. SO ORDERED.
