MINUTE entry before the Honorable Steven C. Seeger: The joint motion for an extension of the summary judgment schedule (Dckt. No. 102 ) is hereby granted, as stated in this Court's order dated May 19, 2026 (Dckt. No. 105 ). Basically, the parties filed two motions to extend the schedule. This Court granted both motions in spirit, but not quite by letter, because the ruling expressly referred to the second motion (only). But now, with the entry of this order, the parties have a ruling in letter and in spirit on both motions. The agreed schedule for summary judgment briefs remains in place. As previously stated, dispositive motions are due by June 25, 2026. Mailed notice (jjr, ) (Entered: 06/04/2026)
