CONSENT ORDER: IT IS on this 8 day of May, 2024; ORDERED that Respondent will not dissipate, use, expend, or otherwise transfer any assets, monies, or funds held, controlled or owned by Respondent, until the full adjudication by this Court of the pending motions to confirm and/or vacate the final arbitration award; IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that within twenty one (21) days of the entry of this Order, Respondent shall provide an accounting of all proceeds received from the sale of Respondent's property, as well as an accounting of all assets Respondent currently owns or possesses, including but not limited to: (a) account statements for any bank, brokerage, or other financial account since the commencement of the arbitration proceeding; (b) documents concerning the transfer of any monies since the commencement of the arbitration proceeding; and ( c) documents concerning any "promissory notes" and payments made on any such "promissory notes" to Muhammed Hajjaj and Home Perfection Contracting, LLC, including the notes itself, proof of funds transferred on such notes, and communications relating to the notes and payments; IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that within twenty one (21) days of the entry of this Order, Respondent shall provide a sworn statement in writing to Petitioner setting forth the identity, address, and contact information, of all actual or potential creditors that Respondent reasonably believes to have as of the date of the sworn statement. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that if the final arbitration award is confirmed and a prospective judgment is entered by this Court in favor of Petitioner and against Respondent, Respondent will use any restrained assets, monies or funds to make payment on the judgment. SO ORDERED. The hearing scheduled for May 14, 2024, is CANCELLED. The Clerk of Court is respectfully directed to terminate the open motion at Dkt. 24. SO ORDERED.
