Order Setting Deadline/Hearing
ORDER: ORDER. Polylasts motion for leave to amend (Dkt. No. 70 ) is denied. The defendants' third motion to dismiss (Dkt. No. 63 ) is granted in part. The Court defers its ruling on the remainder of the defendants motion to dismiss until a later date. Accordingly, all scheduling deadlines relating to the patent issues in this case are vacated. See Dkt. No. 45 . Because the Court vacates these deadlines, good cause would exist to modify the remaining scheduling deadlines should the parties move to modify the scheduling order.
