By close of business tomorrow, August 6, 2026, parties are to submit a proposed schedule (individually) to the Court via email to the Clerk regarding discovery disputes. The parties are also directed to confer and jointly report to the Court regarding any outstanding issues requiring Court intervention.
Plaintiff is to file its fee petition by August 13, 2026. Defendant is to file its response by August 20, 2026.
