ORDER Scheduling Early Neutral Evaluation session - An ENE is hereby scheduled for Tuesday, November 17, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. All parties and counsel must report to Courtroom 4B of the Lloyd D. George United States Courthouse, 333 Las Vegas Boulevard South, Las Vegas, Nevada.
The written evaluation statements must be submitted by email to DJA_Settlement@nvd.uscourts.gov by 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 10, 2026. Do not deliver or mail them to the clerks office. Do not serve a copy on opposing counsel.
