It is further ORDERED that Plaintiffs' Motion for Default Judgment 75 is DENIED as moot as to Defendant 775 Holdings LLC but remains pending against all other named Defendants. And it is further ORDERED that Defendant 775 Holdings LLC's request for relief from Local Civil Rule 7(g), ECF No. 79 , at 6, is DENIED as moot because the court has already relieved all Defendants of the obligation to file an answer until the court resolves Defendants' forthcoming Rule 12 motion, ECF No. 76 , at 10. Defendant 775 Holdings LLC is reminded that, until further order of this court, all filings shall include all case numbers and be filed on the docket for Alliance of Legal Cannabis Entities-DC, LLC v.
