MEMO ENDORSEMENT on re: 70 Letter filed by Shanna Brown. ENDORSEMENT: The Court understands from this letter (and prior letters) that the parties do not seek a period ofdiscovery for expert depositions. Further, the Court understands that there may be a need for a future application for an extension depending upon plaintiff's medical progress. In the meantime, the following schedule is ordered: 1. Plaintiff's Rule 26(a)(2) expert disclosures, including expert identities and reports, shall be served on or before January 29, 2027. 3. Defendants' rebuttal expert disclosures shall be served on or before March 12, 2027. 4. Any pre-motion letter to Judge Garnett regarding an anticipated motion for summary judgment as set forth in paragraph II.B.9 of Judge Garnett's Individual Practices shall be due no later than March 19, 2027. 5. Any letter responses shall be due no later than March 26, 2027. 6. If no party files a pre-motion letter as stated in paragraph 4 above, the parties shall file a joint letter as required by required by paragraph II.A.7 of Judge Garnett's practices on or before March 26, 2027. 7. The post-discovery conference before Judge Garnett currently scheduled for December 15, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. is adjourned to April 27, 2027, at 11:30 a.m. So Ordered.
