David Weisman: The parties have spent several weeks attempting to resolve MI-BOX Holding Company's renewed motion for temporary restraining order and preliminary injunction 310 . No later than 7/29/26, the parties shall file a draft stipulated preliminary injunction order containing all the points on which the parties have agreed. On the same date, the parties shall file a brief joint status report of no more than 2 pages setting forth, in bullet point format, the legal issues that remain to be resolved; the Court presumes the list will be brief. Further, INBOX filed a 28-page supplemental brief instead of 10 pages as ordered by the Court. IN-BOX's supplemental brief, Dkt. # 337 , is stricken. IN-BOX shall file a 10-page brief as directed by the Court. Finally, to the extent the parties have not contacted Alyssia Owens, the Courtroom Deputy, to schedule a hearing, they shall do so no later than 7/24/26. Status hearing set for 7/23/26 is stricken.
