ORDER - The Court hereby FINDS that Petitioner is not a flight risk nor danger to the community and so exercises its inherent authority to GRANT the Expedited Motion for Release (ECF No. 11 ). It is accordingly ORDERED as follows: 1. Within twenty-four (24) hours of the issuance of this Order, Respondents SHALL RELEASE Petitioner H.P. on her personal recognizance, subject to the following conditions: (1) Petitioner SHALL reside in Virginia; and (2) Petitioner will participate in any immigration proceedings occurring during the pendency of her habeas proceeding; 2. Petitioner is NOT required to submit to any GPS monitoring; and 3. Respondents SHALL NOT attempt to re-detain Petitioner without providing 48-hours notice to the Court and Petitioners counsel.
