TEXT ORDER denying 62 Motion in Limine; granted and denied 63 Motion in Limine This matter comes before the Court on Plaintiff's Motion in Limine [Docket No. 62], Defendants' Motion in Limine [Docket No. 63], and Defendants' Memorandum in Opposition to Plaintiff's Motion in Limine [Docket No. 66]. Plaintiff's Motion in Limine [Docket No. 62] is DENIED. Defendants' Motion in Limine [Docket No. 63] is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part. The Court will permit Defendants to offer evidence that Plaintiff had a disciplinary history known to Defendants. The Court will not permit evidence detailing the individual disciplinary events themselves. Defendants' Motion in Limine is otherwise DENIED. The Court will hold a hearing to provide the basis for this ruling on Wednesday July 1, 2026, at 2:30 p.m., in Courtroom 3D, in the Mitchell H.
