PAPERLESS ORDER on Unopposed Motion for Extension of Time. THIS CAUSE is before the Court on Plaintiff John Carroll's ("Plaintiff") Motion for Extension of the Local Rule 26.1(g) Period as to Defendant South Florida Security Group, Inc.'s ("Defendant") September 2, 2026 Discovery Responses (the "Motion"). See ECF No. 126 . In the Motion, Plaintiff requests an extension through and including October 16, 2026 of the period under Local Rule 26.1(g) for presenting any dispute concerning Defendant's September 2, 2026 discovery responses. See id. at 1-2. Plaintiff represents that the Parties' counsel scheduled a required conference for October 1, 2026, but did not connect on that date, and subsequently rescheduled the conference for October 9, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. See id. Plaintiff further represents that the requested extension will allow the Parties to complete the required conferral and potentially narrow or eliminate any dispute before it is presented to the Court. See id. Plaintiff also represents that Defendant does not oppose the requested extension. See id. at 2. The Court finds good cause for the requested relief. Accordingly, the Motion, ECF No. 126 , is GRANTED. The period under Local Rule 26.1(g) for presentation of any dispute concerning Defendant's September 2, 2026 discovery responses is EXTENDED through and including October 16, 2026.
