SCHEDULING NOTICE AND ORDER by Judge Sherilyn Peace Garnett: On March 18, 2026, the Parties filed a Joint Status Report at ECF No. 217, representing that the Parties agreed to settle the matter. On May 1, 2026, the Parties filed a second Joint Status Report at ECF No. 218, informing the Court that the Parties had signed a settlement agreement that was contingent upon approval by the Countys Claims Board and then by the Countys Board of Supervisors. On September 11, 2026, the Parties submitted a Third Status Report at ECF No. 219, informing the Court that they have submitted the settlement agreement to the Countys Claims Board, and that they plan to submit the agreement to the Countys Board of Supervisors thereafter. Because the Parties have agreed to settle this matter, the Court DISMISSES the pending Motion for Sanctions, (ECF No. 68), and the pending Motions in Limine (ECF Nos. 165, 166, 167, 170, 173, 174, and 183) as moot. The Court sets an Order to Show Cause re Dismissal for February 3, 2027, at 1:30pm. If the parties file a notice or stipulation of dismissal by January 29, 2026, the matter will be taken off calendar and no appearance by counsel will be required.
