ENDORSED ORDER Setting Hearing. Upon review of Plaintiff United States' Motion for Summary Judgment (Doc. No. 87) and Plaintiff United States' Second Time-Sensitive Motion for Approval of Sale of Real Property and Limited Disbursement of Sale Proceeds (Doc. No. 90), and all filings related thereto, the Court finds that a status conference with the parties would be beneficial. Accordingly TAKE NOTICE that a status conference will be held on Thursday, September 17, 2026 at 3:30 pm to address various procedural issues related to the pending motions, as well as the present posture of the case. Counsel for Plaintiff and for all non-defaulted Defendants are required to appear. The status conference will be held via the Zoom online platform, and an invitation to same will be sent separately.
